Clinical Nutritional Therapy
Clinical Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutritional (functional) medicine in the promotion of optimum health, peak performance, disease treatment and prevention and patient care.
I am registered with the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) regulated by the Department of Health’s Council for Natural Healthcare.
I treat a wide range of conditions and have had enormous success in treating many health problems. The conditions with which I have had outstanding success include the 'stress related spectrum of conditions' including IBS and digestive disorders, fatigue and chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety disorders and depression and weight problems, including those which are of both a metabolic and psychological nature.
The provision of 'healthy' food in the workplace can assist staff in making changes towards a healthier diet. I provide 'in house' nutrition clinics as part of an integrative service or independently in order to ensure your staff are given the best nutritional advice as part of the treatment and management of their health conditions.
